Where will Q-baby be shipped from?
Q-baby will ship from Indonesia. Therefore, combined shipping with other products at the shop will not be available. However, DHS products qualify for combined shipping. You will have to pay for full shipping on all items in order to checkout, but the refund of excess shipping fees will be sent to you via paypal after your payment/transaction is completed.
What if my doll is defective or damaged during transit?
A replacement will be sent to you if the product is defective/damaged. We will not issue refunds or accept returns on dolls. For more information on the shop policy please visit the
