Please be aware that all the payments should be cleared with us in 7 days after placing orders.

Orders that are not paid in full in 7 days will be cancelled by us.

LUXOUR ACADEMY will start to prepare for the customers orders in order of payment.

Please note Paypal users must have CONFIRMED PHYSICAL SHIPPING ADDRESS. No exceptions.

 During Step 2 - Payment Information of the checkout process, please select "Paypal" for the payment method.

You will be taken to the official Paypal website to complete the payment process.

You will be redirected back to LUXOUR ACADEMY upon completion of the paypal payment.

You will receive a confirmation e-mail/invoice from LUXOUR ACADEMY when payment has been made.
NOTE:

If you need to make a Paypal payment to us but somehow skipped the paypal checkout screen, you can simply submit the payment to our paypal account:

sales [at] luxour[dot] net

Please include the order number as well as the items you have purchased in the NOTES section.

Use of Different Name when making Payments
  

If the name on the payment is different than the name on your order, whether if you will use Paypal or Wire Transfer for making the payment, you MUST leave a message which name will be used for the payment when ordering.

eg) Your name on Order : Jane Doe
Your name on Paypal ID : Josephine Doe

Layaway (Available for Doll Purchases only)
  

We offer a Layaway (partial payments) program to our customers for Doll Purchases. If you would like to use our special payment-arrangement, please make a note in the "Special Instructions or Order Comments" section and select Paypal as the payment method. Please contact us by sending an email to: info [at] luxour-academy [dot] com if you forgot to include the note in the comments section.  

When you order a doll on Layaway you need to make a payment of 50% of the total amount of your purchase via Paypal right after checkout. The remaining amount is due in 45 days of initial payment. We will ship your order when your payment is completed. We will not send you an invoice for the payments. We will only contact you if we don't receive your payments on time.

You can order the doll through our online shop by selecting OFFSITE PAYMENT/LAYAWAY as payment method and leaving a note at the "Special Instructions or Order Comments" section. It is important that you leave us a message with the order (under the comments section), or you can send us an email: info [at] luxour-academy [dot] com. Please submit your 1st installment (50% of your total order) within 7 days or your order will be cancelled by us. We will contact you as soon as possible and will discuss any further details via email with you.

Layaway partial payments are non-refundable, since we will place the order with our suppliers as soon as we receive 1st payment.

After submitting payment, please send an e-mail to us at info [at] luxour-academy [dot] com along with the following information:

1. Your Full Name
2. Your Order Number
3. Your e-mail Address
4. Details of your order
